Introducing: New ESP Monitoring Product Line

We have leveraged our position as a world leader in real-time downhole monitoring solutions to develop an ESP monitoring product line with products designed to meet any market requirement worldwide.

Downhole Monitoring Experience Matters

To put it simply, as we developed our new ESP product line we benefited greatly from the fact that this is not our first rodeo.

We have been in the real-time downhole monitoring game for over a decade. With over 13,000+ downhole gauge installs under our belt and a vast knowledge of the industry, our team has developed best-in-class ESP monitoring solutions.

Since 2010 our team has been developing top-of-the-line downhole monitoring systems worldwide. This includes every component from the gauge, to downhole cable, to surface equipment. We have decided to use our IP to develop a line of products that will cover all aspects of the ESP market internationally.

Our team is also made up of our intelligent software division GEO AI. Through our Apollo platform, we have developed ESP diagnostic IP which includes protection algorithms for ESP health monitoring. This software paired with our innovative sensors will provide optimal performance and survivability for your ESP systems.

Revolutionary ESP Monitoring

Our new line of downhole ESP monitoring products includes gauges with industry-first parameters for better downhole optics, as well as industry-first formats which make monitoring possible for any and every well.

Over the past several years we have developed and field-tested a standard ESP gauge configuration that is universally compatible across the industry. These high-quality gauges will be familiar to ESP operators and offer the GEO PSI quality and reliability you’d expect, with integrated industry-standard motor connections that make implementation easy. However, with the addition of our exclusive Enhanced Vibration monitoring, we have made something truly special out of what may otherwise appear to be a ‘normal’ ESP gauge.

We have also developed a mini-sized option that provides best-in-class data quality in an economic package unlike anything else on the market. This tool fills a gap in the market where sensors wouldn’t traditionally be run, and unlocks a new level of ESP optimization and health monitoring for large segments of the market where this was previously inaccessible.

And to complete these systems we have developed a full suite of accessories from surface cards, to modular choke systems, to even our own industry-first fully metal jacketed ESP cable.

The Many Benefits Of ESP Monitoring

These tools have some incredible features which we will go into more below, but their real value is in the data they provide. And more specifically, what operators can do with that data.

As with any downhole gauge, the downhole pressure data it provides is immensely valuable to operators. It’s valuable in the short term for monitoring real-time performance, as well as in the long term as they can use it to better understand their reservoir and adjust their field development and artificial lift applications accordingly.

However, with the added suite of ESP-specific features and parameters that our tools provide, the added benefits to operators are significant.

With the high-quality reliable data from our tools some of the key benefits operators can expect are:

Adjust ESP Motor speed to accommodate for changing downhole conditions. To ensure optimum operating ranges are achieved.

Adjust ESP speed and monitor fluid levels to avoid gas-locking and sand slugging.

Use downhole pressure and temperature readings to better identify and predict reserves. These calculations can be done in real-time when coupled with the artificial intelligence in our GEO AI Apollo platform.

Especially when utilizing our exclusive Enhanced Vibration data, operators can receive accurate predictions through our GEO AI Apollo platform on the time and mode of pump failure. This can enable planned workovers and dramatically reduce system downtime related to unexpected failures.

With the advanced parameters provided from our GEOESP 150 Dual EV we are able to leverage machine learning algorithms to provide a complete diagnostic breakdown of the component that failed, the failure mechanism, and how to extend the run life of the pump provided its current operating conditions.

Conclusion

We are incredibly excited to launch this new product line, and we believe that our breakthrough technologies in the GEOESP 150 Dual EV, and the one-of-a-kind format of the ESP Mini 125 will have a tremendous impact on ESP operators around the world.

When paired with our GEO AI Apollo software and its advanced machine learning algorithms, as well as our full suite of ESP monitoring accessories, our ESP monitoring solutions will deliver best-in-class capability and reliability. This will allow operators to optimize performance, extend run life, reduce downtime, and leverage a myriad of predictive health analytics and diagnostics to improve operations.

While most ESP sensor companies are focused on just providing the numbers associated with the parameters provided, we take these parameters and turn them into information unlike any company in the world.

We liken it to an automobiles diagnostic system. Before combining software with the internal gauges within a motor, a dashboard would give you a temperature, RPM and oil pressure. With the implementation of software, an automobiles diagnostic system can provide you with detailed information and recommendations based on the exact systems that are performing well and or failing.

With our systems and database, we can provide the same for your ESP wellbores and pumps. Through years of experience and innovation, we have become a world leader in downhole sensor design and data interpretation.

We hope to provide you with one of our ESP monitoring systems in the near future, and if you have any questions regarding any of our new products we encourage you to contact us!

And be sure to check back soon once we release our detailed product pages on our site for each of our new ESP gauges and accessories.
