Nearly 100,000ft2 Of Possibilities
With nearly 100,000 square feet of shop/warehouse/office space, this new facility is a huge upgrade for us!
With approximately 3x the space of our old shop, we have already grown our team and our manufacturing capability, and there’s still more to go! Being able to increase the number of products we can manufacture, all while keeping it under the same roof with the same focus on reliability and quality control is a huge win for both us and our customers.
Situated on 5 acres of land, this new property is a long-term investment giving us even more possibilities for future growth.
While this is our primary location, it is not our only one. We also have several other GEO PSI facilities in western Canada and one in the southern US.
In addition to our facilities, we have a network of global partners with inventory and trained support personnel to provide fast, reliable support anywhere in the world.
Growth Through Hard Times
Over the last few years, while many companies in our industry were shutting down or laying people off, we were fortunate to have experienced significant growth.
Thanks to the hard work of our dedicated team, and the continued support of our loyal customers, we were able to keep moving up and to the right even in the face of great uncertainty and volatility in the market.
To this day we remain a debt-free cash flow company! And being able to make a sizable investment like this coming out of COVID is a great testimony to the exceptional work of our team. We are excited about what the future holds!
Increased Office Space
This new facility provides us with significantly more office space to grow our internal teams. From engineering to accounting, to marketing, every area of our company has room to grow as we scale our operations. Our growing team will provide more focus, and the resources to even better address the needs of our customers.
While already to most vertically integrated company in our industry, this move will allow us to bring even more resources under one roof.
More Labs & Testing Facilities
With nearly 100,000 square feet to play with in our new facility, we have been able to commit a significant portion to engineering labs, QA & QC stations, as well as short and long-term testing facilities.
These areas allow our engineering and manufacturing teams to do more, and to do it more efficiently.
We have a testing and calibration lab equipped with precision equipment that we use to test and validate every tool we sell. Each system is meticulously calibrated to ensure maximum long-term accuracy and reliability.
We also do our own controlled long-term tests of our different gauge technologies. This not only serves as a way to validate our new technologies, but it enables our R&D team to push the limits of reliability and accuracy.
We are incredibly proud of the way we calibrate and spec our tools. While our competitors bend the numbers however they can to get the best spec on paper, we take a unique honest approach that ensures the most accurate and consistent data possible.
We not only calibrate each tool to multiple pressure ranges, but we include a certificate of conformance in the box to prove that our tool is performing well within the specified range. Then instead of publishing the best spec we were ever able to achieve with our tools, we choose to publish a conservative % Full-Scale Error which ensures that our tools consistently over-perform for the entire life of the system.
With the regular innovation and new product development that goes on here at GEO PSI, these resources allow our team to execute projects more effectively.
Gauge & Surface Electronics Manufacturing
Our experienced development and manufacturing team handles all of the design and assembly of our gauge and surface electronics products. Our new gauge & surface electronics manufacturing area is over twice the size, with more team members and investments in new advanced production equipment that allows us to implement new processes and increase output without sacrificing reliability.
Everything from design, to final assembly of boards, to welding, to the validation of firmware is handled in-house.
This enables both automated and manual quality control measures to be enforced through the entire assembly of each component. Since we make each component of our systems we can ensure that every piece is designed and manufactured to work together seamlessly and reliably, even in the most extreme conditions.

Cable & Tube Products Manufacturing
We set a new industry standard with our innovative 4mm TEC. We have supplied the worlds best single & multi-conductor downhole cable for close to a decade now and have taken our expertise in cable manufacturing and applied it to the Thermocouple world as we launch both our 1/4″ and 3/8″ Cap Tube lines, as well as our upcoming Thermocouple Bundles and innovative new Tri-Line ESP Cable!

Our 4mm TEC & Capillary Tube mills run 24/7. Our cable is used not only for our dowhnole gauges but also in highly specialized eline and slickline applications with our innovative eSlicklineTM product
Our cable and tube products are manufactured in house and are designed to meet incredibly stringent quality control measures. Each product is made to any length and certified before leaving our facility.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management
Between our facilities and our network of global partners, we have inventory of our products all around the world. This enables just-in-time turnaround and rapid support for our customers.
In our Calgary facility alone we have several million dollars worth of equipment ready to be shipped out at a moment’s notice! At our new facility, a majority of our second building is dedicated to warehousing and finished product inventory. Our inventory management and logistics team has now tripled in size, and they work continuously to ensure products are getting to customers on time.
The strengths of our supply chain group have been highlighted over the last several years where due to their hard work & expertise, as well as our relationship with suppliers, we were able to supply enough raw materials to continue manufacturing through the worst of the supply chain crisis.
Vertical Integration
We are the most vertically integrated company in the industry. We design, engineer, manufacture, supply, and install all of our products!
This is something that is unique to us and enables us to supply the world’s most innovative and reliable downhole monitoring solutions. Our move to this new facility only strengthens integration as we grow our teams to bring more focus and expertise to each of our teams. With more room to bring additional resources and capabilities under one roof, we are able to further strengthen ourselves as an industry leader in the downhole monitoring space.
We have an incredibly capable team with a diverse skillset that enables us to develop groundbreaking products, achieve manufacturing & supply chain efficiency, as well as market and fully support all of our products to a level of excellence that none of our competitors are able to match.
Our unique approach to deep vertical integration allows us to control every aspect of our systems and ensure maximum reliability. It also allows us to cut out costly middlemen which helps us achieve just-in-time delivery and significant cost savings which get passed on to our users.
Corporate Life & Employee Wellness
Our management takes the health and well-being of their employees very seriously. In addition to regular BBQ’s, Christmas parties, and Social Club events, they have again dedicated over 1500 ft2 of our shop area to build a gym complete with a wide variety of equipment. Moving to our new facility we have a significantly larger gym, with more equipment, to accommodate our growing team!
This space is open for employees to use at any time, and there is even a personal trainer that’s brought in twice a week for our team members to enjoy paid workouts! This is something our ownership is very proud of and is something that keeps our team healthy and motivated.
