The GEOESP 150 Dual EV Downhole Gauge is designed to be mounted below the electrical submersible pump (ESP) system bottomhole assembly with an industry-standard flange connection.  This is the first tool to incorporate our new Enhanced Vibration sensor. Enhanced Vibration Data | GEO AI Apollo

Our industry first ESP EV technology captures 512 frequencies of highly detailed enhanced vibration data. This allows for an incredibly accurate direct analysis of the downhole rotating equipment by utilizing a proven surface maintenance technology in a downhole environment. This enables predictive long-term ESP health monitoring and minimizes downtime. Additionally, this provides the added benefit of being able to forecast system failures minimizing costly reactive unplanned workovers.

To properly interpret our breakthrough EV data, along with the other 9 paramaters measured by the GEOESP 150 Dual EV gauge, our sister company, GEO AI, has developed a hybrid statistics / scientific machine learning analytics platform, server, and database. This provides an accurate 360° interpretation of the entire 512 recorded vibration frequencies, and additional downhole parameters. This highly accurate downhole data can then be used by the platform to develop Machine Learning survivability, diagnostic, and optimization analysis of your ESP and wellbore.

Pump Discharge Pressure

Utilizing a pump discharge sub and a high-quality 4mm control line made in-house at our GEO PSI headquarters, the GEOESP 150 Dual gauge provides optional pump discharge pressure measurement. This enables an even greater level of insight for operators as to the optimization and health of the overall ESP system.

3 Phase Modular ESP Choke

The GEO PSI 3 Phase Modular ESP Choke offers a unique modular design. This enables users to install the components in a variety of locations as either a complete unit, or in separate pieces. This simple modular design provides unparalleled versatility and cost savings to the end user. A lockable & weatherproof cabinet provides secure protection to internal components. And easy access to electrical connections allow for easy configuration within the transformer, and flexibility to make modifications over time.

E6 Interface Card

The E6 Interface Card is a premium downhole telemetry decoder that takes the raw signal from the downhole gauge, and converts it into usable data. When used with our ESP gauges and the corresponding surface choke the E6 Interface Card connects the downhole tool to the surface data acquisition equipment. The non-proprietary design allows the output data to be tied in to almost any traditional SCADA or other surface data acquisition setup.

Tri-Line ESP Cable

We proudly manufacture our very own cold formed, tungsten-inert- gas welded downhole instrumentation cables. We have taken our experience building the industries best 4mm downhole TEC and are now providing a revolutionary new family of Tri-Line ESP Cables.

By running three conductors, each with their own Stainless Steel 316L, Inconel 825, or Duplex 2205 outer jacket, terminations at surface and the ESP pump are able to be made with full metal-to-metal seals. These offer far superior durability and reliability when compared to traditional epoxy potheads, and also make terminations in the field much simpler with a far higher success ratio.
