An innovative 0.160″ / 4mm diameter 200°C real-time slickline cable.
eSlicklineTM – 4mm Downhole Slickline Cable
4mm (0.160”) Downhole Instrumentation Cable (TEC) is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility. The 0.030” stainless steel wall thickness is similar to 0.125” slickline cables with a real-time advantage. Proven compatible with all major eline telemetry systems including Warrior, SLB, and Sondex. Can connect to any existing eline tool with 600V or less voltage rating with custom go rope socket connector.

Metal Jacket:
Material
Most of the cables we ship are made of high quality Stainless Steel 316L. This material provides both great strength, and corrosion resistance. If however your particular well has an exceptionally hostile downhole environment, you may want to consider Incoloy 825. This metal jacket material provides extra protection against sulfuric and phosphoric acids, oxidizing acids, putting, stress corrosion cracking, inter-angular corrosion, and damage caused by high concentrations of downhole CO2.
Outside Diameter (1)

Surface Finish:
Hardness
SS 316L: 80 HR-15T
Incoloy 825: 86 HR-15T
Seam
Common in the aerospace industry, this method of welding reduces porosity and offers superior strength. While more difficult and time consuming, gas tungsten arc welding ensures the reliability needed to survive the most hostile downhole environments.
Weld Quality (2)
This is a method of inspection in which electromagnetic fields are utilized to check the quality of the weld. By monitoring the resulting electrical conductivity and magnetic permeability of the cable, faults that would otherwise be invisible to the naked eye can be detected.
